We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of our services:
We use your data to: process loan and investment applications; comply with KYC/AML regulations; provide ongoing advisory services; detect fraud; communicate about your accounts; and improve our products. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us deliver services (e.g., custodians, payment processors, credit bureaus) under strict confidentiality agreements; (b) regulators when legally required; (c) affiliates with your consent. All partners are contractually bound to GLBA standards.
We use 256-bit AES encryption, multi-factor authentication, SOC 2 Type II audited infrastructure, and annual third-party penetration testing. Employee access to client data is role-based and logged.
We retain client records for a minimum of 7 years after account closure as required by SEC, FINRA, and IRS regulations. Upon request, we will anonymize or delete non-regulated data sooner.
You may at any time: request access to your data; request correction; request deletion (subject to legal retention); opt out of marketing; opt out of sharing with non-affiliates; and file a complaint with your state regulator or the CFPB.
